Perform thorough
credit and criminal background checks and contact tenancy,
employment and personal references for qualified applicants using
appropriate rental applications and forms that along with a consistent
screening process, ensure quality tenants while conforming to all
applicable laws.

Provide a quality
lease agreement including all documents required by Federal, State and
Local laws, and additional addendums to thoroughly protect your
investment

Walk-through the unit
noting all conditions on our Move-In Inventory form

Provide keys
