The typical real estate transaction goes something like this:

Buyers go house-hunting with an agent. 

Agent writes a Purchase and Sale Agreement for their dream home.

  • Buyers find a loan officer (sometimes in the Yellow Pages!)

  • Agent and buyer wonder if the transaction will go through or fall apart.

The transaction is now in the hands of the loan officer, inspector, underwriter …everywhere but where it needs to be, which is in the hands of an Integrated Agent! 

Why?  Because as the real estate agent and loan officer, we are aware of everything that goes on in the transaction because we are conducting it.
